لا تسرى أحكام القانون المرافق على أنشطة التمويل التي تجربها البنوك الخاضعة لرقابة البنك المركزي المصرى ولو كانت بغرض تمويل شراء سلع أو خدمات استهلاكية.
كما لا تسرى أحكامه على الأنشطة المنظمة بموجب أحكام قوانين التمويل العقاري والتأجير التمويلي والتخصيم والتمويل متناهي الصغر أو شراء العقارات من خلال المطورين العقاريين.
