تلتزم شركات التمويل الاستهلاکی و مقدمو التمويل الاستهلاکی بضوابط التسويق والإعلان التي تصدرها الهيئة، وعلى الأخص ما يتعلق بالإفصاح عن كيفية حساب سعر العائد وتحديده، وبإخطار الهيئة بحجم النشاط وطبيعته والعوائق التي تعترضه على النحو الذي تطلبه الهيئة.
