تلتزم شركات التمويل الاستهلاكي المرخص لها بمزاولة هذا النشاط بتقديم تقرير ربع سنوي إلى الهيئة وفقا للنموذج المعد من الهيئة، على أن يتضمن على الأقل ما يأتي:
نتائج أعمال الشركة.
حجم التمويل وتوزيعه وفقا للسلع والخدمات محل التمويل.
حجم التمويل المتعثر ونسبته إلى إجمالى نشاط الشركة.
مدى الالتزام بتطبيق نسب التمويل بحسب قدرة العملاء على السداد.
