تهدف الوكالة إلى تشجيع وتنمية الصادرات والاستثمارات المصرية بالخارج
وتنويعها وزيادة قدرتها التنافسية وتعزيز الثقة فيها ، وكذا توسيع قاعدة المصدرين
المصريين وتعزيز مساهمتهم فى سلسلة الإمداد الدولية ودخول أسواق جديدة ، من
خلال توفير خدمات ضمان الصادرات والاستثمارات المصرية بالخارج بمزايا تنافسية،
وذلك فى إطار السياسة الاقتصادية العامة للدولة .
