يتولى مراجعة حسابات الوكالة اثنان من مراقبي الحسابات ، يعين أحدهما
الجهاز المركزي للمحاسبات من بين أعضائه ، وتعين الجمعية العامة للوكالة الآخر
من بين المسجلين بسجل مراقبي الحسابات بالبنك المركزي المصري .
وتتم المراجعة طبقا لمعايير المراجعة المصرية وطبيعة نشاط شركات ضمان
الصادرات والاستثمارات ، وتقوم مقام مراجعة الجهاز المركزي للمحاسبات .
