تقوم بتعيين أجر العامل الزراعي في المناطق الزراعية المختلفة كل عام لجنة يشكلها وزير الزراعة برياسة أحد كبار موظفي الوزارة وعضوية ستة يختارهم الوزير ثلاثة يمثلون ملاك الأراضي الزراعية ومستأجريها وثلاثة يمثلون العمال الزراعيين .
ولا يكون قرار هذه اللجنة نافذا إلا بعد تصديق وزير الزراعة .
