تقدر ثمن الأرض الموزعة بمبلغ التعويض الذى أدته الحكومة في مقابل الاستيلاء عليها مضافا إليه ما يأتي :
( ١ ) فائدة سنوية سعرها ٣ ٪
( ٢ ) مبلغ إجمالي قدره ١٥ ٪ من ثمنها في مقابل نفقات الاستيلاء والتوزيع والنفقات الأخرى .
ويؤدى مجموع الثمن أقساطا سنوية متساوية في مدى ثلاثين عاما .
