استثناء من أحكام المادة السابقة توزع الأرض المخصصة للحدائق على خريجي المعاهد الزراعية بعد تجزئتها على صورة لا تخل بحسن الاستغلال بحيث لا تزيد القطعة على عشرين فدانا .
ويشترط في خريج المعهد الذى توزع عليه الحدائق ألا يزيد ما يملكه من الأرض الزراعية على عشرة أفدنة .
