فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون ، لا يترتب على تقرير مسئولية الإدارة الفعلية للشخص الاعتبارى استبعاد المسئولية الجنائية للأشخاص الطبيعيين الفاعلين الأصليين أو الشركاء عن ذات الوقائع التى تقوم بها الجريمة .
