مع عدم الإخلال بما ورد في شأنه نص خاص في القانون المرافق بشأن الاختصاص بإصدار القرارات التنفيذية، يصدر وزير العدل القرارات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون والقانون المرافق له، وإلى حين صدور هذه القرارات يستمر العمل بالقرارات المعمول بها بما لا يتعارض مع أحكام هذا القانون والقانون المرافق له.
