يلغى قانون الإجراءات الجنائية الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٥٠ لسنة ١٩٥٠، والقانون رقم ١٤٠ لسنة ٢٠١٤ في شأن الأحكام الخاصة بتسليم المتهمين ونقل المحكوم عليهم، كما يلغى كل حكم يخالف أحكام هذا القانون والقانون المرافق له.
