يجوز لمأمور الضبط القضائي عند انتقاله في حالة التلبس بالجرائم أن يمنع الحاضرين من مبارحة محل الواقعة أو الابتعاد عنه حتى يتم تحرير المحضر، وله أن يستدعي في الحال من يمكن الحصول منه على إيضاحات في شأن الواقعة.
