يجوز لمحكمة الجنايات بدرجتيها أو محكمة النقض إذا وقعت أفعال من شأنها الإخلال بأوامرها، أو بالاحترام الواجب لها، أو التأثير في قضائها، أو في الشهود، وكان ذلك بصدد طلب أو دعوى منظورة أمامها أن تقيم الدعوى الجنائية على المتهم طبقا للمادة ١٣ من هذا القانون.
