يكون الأمر الصادر من النيابة العامة بأحد التدابير المنصوص عليها في المادة ١١٤ من هذا القانون نافذ المفعول لمدة الأيام العشرة التالية لبدء تنفيذه.
ومع عدم الإخلال بما ورد بشأنه نص خاص في هذا القانون، يتبع بشأن هذه التدابير ذات الأحكام المقررة للحبس الاحتياطي، ويسري في شأن مد مدة التدابير أو الحد الأقصى لها أو استئنافها ذات القواعد المقررة بالنسبة إلى الحبس الاحتياطي.
