يلتزم المورد - طوال مدة سريان العقد - بأن يقدم للمستورد بناء على طلبه قطع
الغيار التى ينتجها وتحتاجها الآلات أو الأجهزة التى تستعمل فى تشغيل منشأته .
وإذا كان المورد لا ينتج هذه القطع فى منشآته ، وجب أن يعلم المستورد بمصادر الحصول عليها .
