١ - يتولى القاضى المشرف رئاسة اجتماع الدائنين .
٢ - ويجوز للدائن أن يقيم عنه وكيلا فى حضور الاجتماع . ويجب أن يحضر المدين بنفسه ، ولا يجوز أن يقيم عنه وكيلا فى الحضور بدلا منه إلا لعذر يقبله القاضى المشرف .
٣ - ولا تجوز المداولة فى شروط الصلح إلا بعد تلاوة تقرير أمين الصلح المشار إليه فى المادة السابقة . ويجوز للمدين تعديل شروطه للصلح أثناء المداولة .
