١ - يودع أمين الصلح قلم كتاب المحكمة قبل الميعاد المعين لاجتماع الدائنين بخمسة أيام على الأقل تقريرا عن حالة المدين المالية وأسباب اضطرابها وبيانا بأسماء الدائنين الذين لهم الحق فى الاشتراك فى إجراءات الصلح . ويجب أن يتضمن التقرير رأى أمين الصلح فى الشروط التى اقترحها المدين للصلح .
٢ - ويجوز لكل ذى مصلحة أن يطلب من القاضى المشرف الإذن له بالاطلاع على التقرير المذكور .
