١ - يقوم القاضى المشرف فور صدور الحكم بافتتاح إجراءات الصلح بقفل دفاتر المدين ووضع توقيعه عليها .
٢ - ويباشر أمين الصلح خلال أربع وعشرين ساعة من وقت إخطاره بصدور الحكم إجراءات الجرد بحضور المدين وكاتب المحكمة .
