١ - يخطر قلم الكتاب أمين الصلح بالحكم الصادر بتعيينه فور صدوره .
٢ - ويقوم أمين الصلح خلال خمسة أيام من تاريخ الإخطار بقيد الحكم بافتتاح إجراءات الصلح فى السجل التجارى ونشر ملخصه مصحوبا بدعوة الدائنين إلى الاجتماع فى صحيفة يومية يعينها القاضى المشرف .
٣ - وعلى أمين الصلح أن يرسل فى الميعاد المذكور فى الفقرة السابقة الدعوة إلى الاجتماع مرفقا بها مقترحات الصلح إلى الدائنين المعلومة عناوينهم .
