١ - إذا قضت المحكمة بقبول الصلح الواقى ، وجب أن تأمر بافتتاح الإجراءات .
٢ - ويجب أن يتضمن الحكم ما يأتى :
(أ) ندب أحد قضاة المحكمة للإشراف على إجراءات الصلح .
(ب) تعيين أمين أو أكثر لمباشرة إجراءات الصلح ومتابعتها .
٣ - ويجوز للمحكمة أن تأمر فى حكم افتتاح إجراءات الصلح بأن يودع المدين خزانة المحكمة أمانه نقدية لمواجهة مصاريف الإجراءات . ويجوز أن تقضى المحكمة بإلغاء إجراءات الصلح أو بوقفها إذا لم يودع المدين الأمانة فى الميعاد الذى عينته .
