إذا قضت المحكمة برفض طلب الصلح الواقى جاز أن تحكم على التاجر بغرامة لاتقل عن ألف جنيه ولاتزيد على خمسة آلاف جنيه إذا تبين لها أنه تعمد الإيهام باضطراب أعماله أو إحداث الاضطراب فيها .
