١ - يقوم الممثل القانونى عن الشركة التى شهر إفلاسها مقامها في كل أمر يستلزم فيه القانون أخذ رأى المفلس أو حضوره . وعليه الحضور أمام قاضى التفليسة أو أمينها متى طلب منه ذلك والإدلاء بما يطلب منه من معلومات أو إيضاحات .
