From 1 October 1999 to 21 March 2018
يجوز للمحكمة من تلقاء ذاتها أو بناء على طلب الشركة أن توجل النظر فى شهر
إفلاسها لمدة لا تجاوز ثلاثة أشهر إذا كان من المحتمل دعم مركزها المالى أو إذا اقتضت
مصلحة الاقتصاد القومى ذلك ، وللمحكمة أن تأمر باتخاذ ما تراه من تدابير
للمحافظة على موجودات الشركة .
