From 1 October 1999 to 21 March 2018
١ - لا يجوز للممثل القانونى للشركة أن يطلب شهر إفلاسها الا بعد الحصول
على إذن بذلك من أغلبية الشركاء أو من الجمعية العامة حسب الأحوال .
٢ - تقدم الصحيفة المشار إليها فى المادة ٥٥٢ من هذا القانون إلى قلم كتاب
المحكمة التى يقع فى دائرتها المركز الرئيسى للشركة . فإذا كان هذا المركز موجودا
خارج مصر وجب تقديم الصحيفة إلى قلم كتاب المحكمة التى يقع فى دائرتها مركز
الإدارة المحلى .
٣ - ويجب أن تشتمل الصحيفة على أسماء الشركاء المتضامنين الحاليين والذين
خرجوا من الشركة بعد توقفها عن الدفع مع بيان موطن كل شريك متضامن وجنسيته
وتاريخ شهر خروجه من الشركة فى السجل التجارى .
