١ - يجوز للمفلس ولكل ذى مصلحة أن يطلب فى كل وقت من قاضى التفليسة
إلغاء قرار قفل التفليسة لعدم كفاية أموالها إذا أثبت وجود مال كاف لمواجهة مصاريف
أعمال التفليسة أو إذا سلم لأمين التفليسة مبلغا كافيا لذلك .
٢ - كما يجوز لقاضى التفليسة أن يأمر من تلقاء نفسه أو بناء على طلب أمين
التفليسة بإعادة فتح التفليسة والاستمرار فى إجراءاتها .
٣ - وفى جميع الأحوال يجب أن تدفع بالأولوية مصاريف الإجراءات التى تمت طبقا
للفقرتين السابقتين .
