١ - يحصل الجرد بحضور قاضى التفليسة أو من يندبه لذلك وأمين التفليسة
وكاتب المحكمة ، ويجب أن يخطر به المفلس ويجوز له الحضور .
٢ - وتحرر قائمة جرد من نسختين يوقعهما قاضى التفليسة أو من ندبه لذلك وأمين
التفليسة ، وكاتب المحكمة وتودع إحداهما قلم كتاب المحكمة . وتبقى الأخرى لدى أمين
التفليسة .
٣ - وتذكر فى القائمة الأموال التى لم توضع عليها الأختام أو التى رفعت عنها .
٤ - وتجوز الاستعانة بخبير فى إجراء الجرد وتقويم الأموال .
