١ - يأمر قاضى التفليسة ، بناء على طلب أمينها ، برفع الأختام للبدء فى جرد

أموال المفلس .

٢ - ويجب أن يبدأ رفع الأختام والجرد خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ صدور حكم شهر

الإفلاس .
