- توضع الأختام على محال المفلس ومكاتبه وخزانته ودفاتره وأوراقه ومنقولاته .
٢ - ويقوم قاضى التفليسة بوضع الأختام فور صدور الحكم بشهر الإفلاس ، وله أن
يندب أحد موظفى المحكمة لذلك . كما يقوم بإبلاغ رئيس كل محكمة يوجد فى دائرتها
مال للمفلس ليأمر بندب من يقوم بوضع الأختام على هذا المال .
٣ - وإذا تبين لقاضى التفليسة إمكان جرد أموال المفلس فى يوم واحد جاز له أو لمن
يندبه ، البدء فى الجرد فورا دون حاجة إلى وضع الأختام .
٤ - ويحرر محضر بوضع الأختام أو بالجرد يوقعه من قام بهذا الإجراء . ويسلم
المحضر لقاضى التفليسة .
