١ - على أمين التفليسة بعد استئذان قاضى التفليسة أن يدفع خلال الأيام العشرة التالية لصدور الحكم بشهر الإفلاس مما يكون تحت يده من نقود التفليسة وبالرغم من وجود أى دين آخر ، الأجور والمرتبات والمبالغ المستحقة قبل صدور الحكم بشهر الإفلاس عن مدة ثلاثين يوما للعاملين لدى المفلس ، فإذا لم يكن لدى أمين التفليسة النقود اللازمة لوفاء هذه الديون وجب الوفاء ، من أول نقود تدخل التفليسة ولو وجدت ديون أخرى تسبقها فى مرتبة الامتياز .
٢ - ويكون للمبالغ المستحقة للطوائف المذكورة والزائدة على ما تقدم مرتبة الامتياز المقررة قانونا .
