لحامل الشيك المعمول عنه احتجاج عدم الوفاء ، أو ما يقوم مقامه أن يوقع حجزا تحفظيا بغير كفالة على أموال كل من الساحب أو المظهر أو الضامن الاحتياطى وذلك بمراعاة الأحكام المقررة بشأن هذا الحجز فى قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية .
