١ - [غير مقروء] وفاء قيمة الشيك أو كان مستهدفا للمطالبة بها أن يطلب فى حالة قيامه بالوفاء ، تسليم الشيك إليه ومعه الاحتجاج أو ما يقوم مقامه ومخالصة بما أوفاه .
٢ - ولكل مظهر أوفى قيمة الشيك أن يشطب تظهيره والتظهيرات اللاحقة له .
