Article 503 of the Trade Law

١ - يكون الشيك مستحق الوفاء بمجرد الاطلاع ، وكل بيان بخالف ذلك يعتبر كأن لم يكن .
٢ - وإذا قدم الشيك للوفاء قبل اليوم المبين فيه كتاريخ لإصداره وجب وفاؤه فى يوم تقديمه وذلك باستثناء الشيكات الحكومية المتعلقة بالمرتبات والمعاشات فلا تدفع قيمتها إلا فى التاريخ المبين بها كتاريخ لإصدارها .
