١ - لا قبول فى الشيك فإذا كتبت عليه صيغة القبول اعتبرت كأن لم تكن .
٢ - ومع ذلك يجوز تقديم الشيك للمسحوب عليه للتأشير عليه بالاعتماد . ويفيد
هذا التأشير وجود مقابل الوفاء لدى المسحوب عليه فى تاريخ التأشير . ويعتبر توقيع
المسحوب عليه على صدر الشيك اعتمادا له .
٣ - لا يجوز للمسحوب عليه رفض اعتماد الشيك إذا كان لديه مقابل وفاء يكفى لدفع قيمته .
٤ - ويبقى مقابل وفاء الشيك المؤشر عليه بالاعتماد مجمدا لدى المسحوب عليه وتحت مسئوليته لمصلحة الحامل إلى حين انتهاء مواعيد تقديم الشيك للوفاء .
