١ - يخضع شكل الالتزام بموجب الشيك لقانون الدولة التى صدر فيها .
٢ - ومع ذلك إذا كان الالتزام غير صحيح شكلا بموجب القانون المشار إليه فى
الفقرة السابقة ولكنه صحيح شكلا وفقا لأحكام القانون المصرى ، فلا يكون لعيبه
الشكلى أثر فى صحة الالتزامات اللاحقة التى تنشأ بموجب الشيك فى مصر .
