Article 466 of the Trade Law

١ - إذا أقيمت الدعوى فلا تسرى مدد التقادم المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة
إلا من تاريخ آخر إجراء صحيح فى الدعوى .
٢ - كما لا يسرى التقادم المذكور إذا صدر حكم بالدين أو أقر به المدين فى سند
مستقل إقرارا يترتب عليه تجديد الدين .
