١ - تتقادم الدعاوى الناشئة عن الكمبيالة تجاه قابلها بمضى ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ
الاستحقاق .
٢ - وتتقادم دعاوى الحامل قبل المظهرين وقبل الساحب بمضى سنة من تاري[غير مقروء]
الاحتجاج المحرر فى الميعاد القانونى أو من تاريخ الاستحقاق إذا اشتملت الكمبيالة على
شرط الرجوع بلا مصاريف .
٣ - وتتقادم دعاوى المظهرين قبل بعضهم البعض وقبل الساحب بمضى ستة أشهر من
اليوم الذى أوفى فيه المظهر الكمبيالة أو من يوم إقامة الدعوى عليه .
