تكون العمليات المضافة إلى أجل صحيحة ولو قصد المتعاقدون منها أن تؤول
إلى مجرد التزام بدفع فروق الأسعار بشرط أن تعقد العملية فى سوق الأوراق المالية
وأن تتعلق بصكوك مدرجة فى جداول أسعار هذا السوق ويصدر بتنظيم هذه العمليات
قرار من الوزير المختص .
