١ - لا يجوز التعامل فى سوق الأوراق المالية بالنسبة إلى الصكوك المدرجة بجداول
أسعارها إلا بوساطة سمسار مقبول للعمل بها وإلا كان التصرف باطلا .
٢ - ولا يجوز للسمسار إجراء عمليات فى السوق لحساب عملائه إلا إذا كان مفوضا
فى إجرائها من العميل بموجب تفويض خاص مكتوب . فإذا أجرى السمسار العملية دون
هذا التفويض جاز للعميل قبولها أو رفضها .
