١ - يجب بيان الوفاء بالتدخل بكتابة مخالصة على الكمبيالة يعين فيها من حصل
الوفاء لمصلحته . فإذا خلت المخالصة من هذا البيان اعتبر الوفاء بالتدخل حاصلا لمصلحة
الساحب .
٢ - يجب تسليم الكمبيالة والاحتجاج إن عمل للموفى بالتدخل .
