١ - إذا ضاعت كمبيالة غير مقبولة وكانت محررة من عدة نسخ جاز لمستحق قيمتها
أن يطالب بالوفاء بموجب إحدى النسخ الأخرى .
٢ - وإذا كانت الكمبيالة محررة من عدة نسخ وضاعت النسخة التى تحمل صيغة
القبول فلا تجوز المطالبة بوف[غير مقروء] بموجب إحدى النسخ الأخرى إلا بأمر من القاضى المختص
وبشرط تقديم كفيل .
