١ - مع مراعاة الأحكام المنصوص عليها فى هذا الفصل تسرى فى شأن بيع المتجر
ورهنه وتأجير استغلاله القوانين والقرارات الخاصة بذلك .
٢ - كما تسرى فى شأن الأسماء التجارية والسمات التجارية والعلامات التجارية
والرسوم والنماذج الصناعية وبراءات الاختراع وغير ذلك من عناصر الملكية الصناعية
أو الملكية الأدبية القوانين والقرارات الخاصة بذلك .
