١ - لا يجوز لمن تصرف فى المتجر بنقل ملكيته إلى الغير أو بتأجير استغلاله
أن يزاول نشاطا مماثلا لنشاط المتجر بكيفية يترتب عليها ضرر لمن آلت إليه الملكية
أو الاستغلال إلا إذا اتفق على خلاف ذلك .
٢ - يسرى هذا الحظر لمدة عشر سنوات من تاريخ شهر التصرف ما لم يتفق
على مدة أقل .
