١ - على حامل الكمبيالة المستحقة الوفاء فى تاريخ معين أو بعد مدة معينة
من تاريخ إصدارها أو من تاريخ الاطلاع عليها أن يقدمها للوفاء فى يوم استحقاقها
أو فى أحد يومى العمل التاليين لهذا اليوم .
٢ - يعتبر تقديم الكمبيالة إلى إحدى غرف المقاصة المعترف بها قانونا فى حكم
تقديمها للوفاء .
