١ - يلتزم الضامن الاحتياطى بالكيفية التى التزم بها المضمون .
٢ - ويكون التزام الضامن الاحتياطى صحيحا ولو كان الالتزام الذى ضمنه باطلا لأى
سبب آخر غير عيب فى الشكل .
٣ - وإذا أوفى الضامن الاحتياطى الكمبيالة آلت إليه الحقوق الناشئة عنها قبل كل
ملتزم بمقتضى الكمبيالة تجاه المضمون .
