١ - يكتب الضمان الاحتياطى على الكمبيالة أو على وصلة .
٢ - ويؤدى الضمان بعبارة " للضمان الاحتياطى " أو بأية عبارة أخرى تفيد هذا المعنى
ويوقعه الضامن .
٣ - ويستفاد هذا الضمان من مجرد توقيع الضامن على صدر الكمبيالة مالم يكن
هذا التوقيع صادرا من المسحوب عليه أو من الساحب .
٤ - يذكر فى الضمان اسم المضمون ، وإلا اعتبر الضمان حاصلا للساحب .
