١ - يجوز للمسحوب عليه أن يطلب تقديم الكمبيالة للقبول مرة ثانية فى اليوم التالى
للتقديم الأول . ولا يقبل من ذوى المصلحة الادعاء بأن هذا الطلب قد رفض إلا إذا ذكر
فى الاحتجاج .
٢ - ولايلزم حامل الكمبيالة المقدمة للقبول بالتخلى عنها للمسحوب عليه .
