١ - تنتقل ملكية مقابل الوفاء بحكم القانون إلى حملة الكمبيالة المتعاقبين .
٢ - وإذا كان مقابل الوفاء أقل من قيمة الكمبيالة كان للحامل على هذا المقابل
الناقص جميع الحقوق المقررة له على المقابل الكامل . ويسرى هذا الحكم إذا كان مقابل
الوفاء دينا متنازعا عليه أو غير حال عند استحقاق الكمبيالة .
