١ - التظهير اللاحق لميعاد الاستحقاق ينتج آثار التظهير السابق عليه . أما التظهير اللاحق لاحتجاج عدم الوفاء فلا ينتج إلا آثار حوالة الحق .
٢ - يفترض فى التظهير الخالى من التاريخ أنه حصل قبل انقضاء الميعاد المحدد لعمل الاحتجاج مالم يثبت غير ذلك .
