١ - يضمن المظهر قبول الكمبيالة ووفاءها مالم يشترط غير ذلك .
٢ - ويجوز له حظر تظهيرها من جديد ، وفى هذه الحالة لا يكون ملزما بالضمان قبل من تؤول إليه الكمبيالة بتظهير لاحق .
