١ - إذا قيدت حصيلة خصم ورقة تجارية فى الحساب الجارى ولم تدفع قيمتها فى ميعاد الاستحقاق جاز لمن خصم الورقة ، ولو بعد شهر إفلاس من قدمها للخصم ، إلغاء القيد بإجراء قيد عكسى .
٢ - لا يجوز إجراء القيد العكسى إلا فيما يتعلق بالأوراق التجارية التى لم تدفع قيمتها فى مواعيد استحقاقها ، ويقع باطلا كل اتفاق على غير ذلك .
